APÉRO-PHILO

In the company of a philosopher who is experienced in leading cooperative debates, the participants enjoy an intense moment of philosophical debate that takes place in one of our lounges or gardens. There is no need to have read Kant or Plato to take part in this ‘café-philo’, in this opportunity to reflect about a fundamental issue, chosen by the group and based on what the place or the moment inspire; it suffices to move along with the playful, dynamic and rapidly changing environment of the event. Some simple rules make it possible for each participant to marvel at the ideas of others, deepen his or her own, get rid of a few preconceived ideas, question oneself and discover the true pleasure of thinking without trying to convince. A great opportunity for personal enrichment and team-building, with long-term consequences.

Duration: 2 hours – Base rate 15 participants: 1500 €, VAT included

THEATRE AND MANAGEMENT

Our aim: use theatre as a means of group and individual development.
Based on the conviction that theatre and its techniques are powerful levers, the group
TEM developed an innovative method based on new facilitation and teaching techniques and using in particular improvisation theatre. By means of live theatre, the participant becomes a choice observer and is moved into his or her own reality. He sees and feels situations that are not unfamiliar to him and in which he sometimes finds himself. Through the values of listening and acceptance that it conveys, improvisational theatre can be a true means of personal development. For some, it may be a moment to unwind, learn and laugh and simply enjoy. For others, it may be an opportunity to develop self-confidence, the ability to speak before an audience, creativity and many other skills that are important in day-to-day life.

THE WORKSHOPS

The aim of the workshops is to help the participants to progress simultaneously in three areas: interpretation, listening, and construction. ( performances before an audience may or may not be included) Through the values of listening and acceptance that it conveys, improvisational theatre can be a true means of personal development. For some, it may be a moment to unwind, learn and laugh in a pleasant manner. For others, it may be an opportunity to develop self-confidence, the ability to speak before an audience, creativity and many other skills that are important in day-to-day life.

Duration: 3 hours – Base rate 15 participants: 400 €, VAT included
The improvisation performances
4 to 5 improvisers, a theme, a background scenery
Duration: between 45 and 90 minutes (of boisterous improvisation!) – between 600 and 1200 €, VAT included

QUATUOR & MANAGEMENT: DARE BE MOVED!

Musicians nowadays are more than ever part of the entrepreneurial adventure in, yes, a difficult context. Many companies, however, have the courage to choose a different style of management that is more sensitive and more humanistic. The sessions offer a list of elements from which to choose those that you wish to communicate to your clients. The musicians work in three different ways: a minimum duration of 2 hours is recommended, and 2 ½ hours is ideal to allow the “crescendo” effect of the session to take place at the most favourable pace. The workshop uses music metaphors and highly effective participative tools to deal with the different aspects of “working together in a better way”. The aim of the workshop is to use these alternative routes to help participants question, make progress in, or even change certain patterns of individual or group functioning. Half-a-day sessions (with for example the joint creation of a song or a “real” concert) or one-day sessions (during which sessions with the Quator team will alternate with times for reflection, debated in workshops) can also be organised. For the latter option, the programme is tailor-made on the basis of the objectives of the seminar.

2 ½ hours session, in the form of an interactive conference: 9 750 € excluding VAT*
Half-a-day session (approximately 4 hours) including conference, song writing or concert moment: 11 050 € excluding VAT*
One full day session:
tailor-made programme – 12 350 € excluding VAT*

* Excluding travel expenses
