Often nicknamed the “female Jimi Hendrix,” Ana Popović is a true exception on the international blues scene. Not only does she sing divinely, but she is also a songwriter and a gifted guitarist.
Born in Serbia, she now lives in Los Angeles, where she shares the stage with many talented musicians. Her talent is such that she has headlined alongside B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Joe Bonamassa, and many others.
Nominated for six Blues Music Awards, nearly all of Ana’s albums have reached the Top 5 on the Billboard Blues Charts. Praised by Bruce Springsteen and Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), she is arguably one of the most renowned blues guitarists in the world today.
